Affirmations for weight-loss

Affirmations are a powerful way we can help change our consciousness. By changing our consciousness, we are essentially fixing our problems "upstream", rather than always struggling downstream through "will power". Here are some affirmations that can help you tackle your weight-loss journey, and are built with the principles of our Weight-Loss Wingman program in mind:

  1. I love and accept myself for who I am right this very moment.
  2. I set myself free from all the guilt I carry about my body and my old habits.
  3. Every day I am exercising and taking care of my body.
  4. I love to move my body.
  5. Healing is happening in both my body and mind.
  6. Every time I inhale, fresh energy fills my entire being and every time I exhale, all toxins and body fat leave my body.
  7. My health is improving more and more every day, and so is my body.
  8. I love to eat healthy food.
  9. My appetite is diminishing to a healthy place.
  10. I am achieving the healthy body that God has designed for me, which includes feeling good and maintaining a healthy weight.
  11. I am so happy and grateful now that I weigh __________ pounds. 
  12. I accept myself at ___________ pounds, right now.
  13. I am allowed to exist. I exist in love.
  14. I forgive myself for hurting others, and I forgive anyone that has ever hurt me. 
  15. I forgive myself for hurting myself.
  16. I am releasing all that is ready to be released, including extra fat.
  17. Eating healthy foods helps my body get all of the nutrients it needs to be in best shape.
  18. I crave only whole, healthy foods.
  19. Sugar is too sweet. Processed food is unappealing.
  20. I deserve to be healthy in all ways.
  21. My body is my temple, and I attentively take care of it every day by eating only healthy foods that heal and nourish me.
  22. My metabolism burns high.
  23. I am attaining and maintaining my desired weight.
  24. Eating healthy is a privilege.
  25. God wants me to be healthy.
  26. I enjoy denying myself the things I am craving.
  27. It is okay to feel empty.
  28. It is okay to miss food.
  29. It is okay to make a mistake and start again.
  30. I am grateful to my body for all the things it does for me.
  31. Every cell in my body is healthy and fit, and so am I.
  32. I feel my body losing weight in every single moment of the day.
  33. I crave healthy habits.
  34. I enjoy fasting.
  35. My priorities are bigger than my excuses.
  36. Eating healthy and at a calorie deficit is my priority.
  37. I am capable of achieving my weight loss goals, and I will not let anything stay in my way until then.
  38. I accept my body exactly the way it is and I constantly work on improving it.
  39. I love myself the way I am, and still I want to grow.
